Making your Payment:

Payments for goods ordered may be made via Credit/Debit card at the point we contact you by telephone. Alternatively, you may send a personal cheque drawn upon a UK bank.

For goods purchased using a Credit Card, we will not debit your card until such time as the goods leave our premises. If we are ordering goods specifically for you (non-stock items) we will debit immediately a 25% non-refundable deposit. For goods purchased by Cheque, we will despatch these items as soon as your cheque has passed through clearing.

Shipping and Delivery Costs:

All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday will be processed same day and if the items are instock, they will be dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed next day except on Fridays where the order will be processed on the next working day (ie Monday or Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday).
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.



There is an extra charge for larger or heavier items. This varies depending on the item in question and is added automatically, so please check your cart before confirming your order

Delivery is not included in the price of the items shown on the site. If more than one item is ordered, the delivery is charged once at the higher charge. We can usually deliver to any address, but reserve the right to only deliver to the card holders address if necessary.

We guarantee to replace or refund faulty products upon recipt and inspection of goods within a period of 12 months from purchase date.

We will replace or refund goods which don't fit or are unsuitable if and only if the goods are unused and are in a saleable condition.

Back Orders

For ordered items not in stock, these can be cancelled or left on back order as you wish. We will notify you of any ordered items not in stock and advise you when they may become available.
